We also have a few extra details for you, so here they are:

If you are new to this form of therapy, a session 2-3 times per week for the first three weeks is optimal.

As your body becomes more accustomed to this therapy, reduce to once a week or once bi-weekly.

You may feel sore after your treatment, especially your first one.

You may have a release of emotion, because we do store emotion in certain areas of the body.

If you have any questions about fascial therapy, please feel free to contact Britt, she is more than happy to discuss this treatment further!
