How long have you been coaching for?
Do you have a particular area that you specialize in?
I help people to reach their goals and gain confidence inside and outside the gym, while having fun doing so! I’m also a level 1 Fascial stretch therapist.
What is your favourite, most effective exercise?
I love so many! The most effective exercises for me however, are the ones that challenge me the most. The exercises I really don’t like doing, those are the ones I know I should definitely be doing! These are the ones I get the best results from.

I love helping and working with others to become the best version of themselves. It really is an incredible feeling to be a part of someone else’s journey, to see them transform and grow.
